Youth Circles is a series of workshop series for girls aged 10-15yo created by Naturopath Cyena Caruana.

Youth Circles aims to:
- Empower tweens and teens through education and self-awareness activities on their journey of emotional and physical development from tween to teen-age;
- Deepen connections within their peer group;
- Create a space for quality time between mother and child;
- Create a sense of greater community for girls by connecting them with other adult women in a safe space;
- Develop self-confidence by promoting self-reflection, verbalization, respect and honouring of their personal experience in a social context.

Discovering my Divinity
A single workshop devoted to introducing and growing these concepts, suitable for children 10-15yo;
- Thinking of ourselves as divine beings with body, mind and spirit;
- Honouring the divine spark in others;
- Viewing life as a journey of learning and self-discovery;
- Using tools for self-enquiry and reflection;
- Mindfulness basics.

These concepts will be explored through guided journal work and discussion, craft, guided meditation and song. Activities will engage the girls in both peer to peer and whole group interactions. The workshop is designed for mothers to participate alongside their children. This will be an uplifting workshop with the aim of expanding the self-concept and fostering a sense of deeper spiritual connection within the group. A light afternoon tea will be provided.
Persons identifying as non-binary or transgender welcome.
